Create change that reaches daily life

Insight is the starting point. Real change happens in how you live. Together, we turn that insight into practical tools, healthier patterns, and a deeper sense of choice in how you respond to yourself and others.

Wherever you are, we’re here

In person in Mountain View

For clients who prefer to meet face to face, we offer in-person sessions at our Mountain View office, giving you a quiet, dedicated place to step away from daily life and focus on recovery.

Online across California

Receive therapy from a private, comfortable space anywhere in California. Teletherapy gives you consistent access to care without commute time, while still offering the same quality of clinically focused support.

Getting started is easy

Say hello

Send us a message, call, or fill out the contact form. Getting started is easy. A little about what you’re looking for is enough to begin.

Finding your fit

We’ll learn more about what you’re facing and answer your questions to help determine the best therapist for you, and whether teletherapy or in-person care is the best fit for your needs.

Bespoke care

We’ll meet regularly to understand what’s been happening, explore the patterns beneath it, and use proven evidence-based approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Meet the practice behind the care

Vraie Therapy Group grew from Joelle Rabow Maletis’ work as a therapist and military psychologist, and from a quiet wish to build something gentler. A practice where people could bring trauma, the harder, messier parts of life and feel met with warmth, not judgment.

Over time, it has grown into a collaborative group practice built on shared values, strong clinical training, and compassionate, evidence-based care.

Today, the team supports children, teens, adults, couples, and families across California, Wisconsin and Virginia through both virtual and in-person therapy.
