FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Do you offer any discounts?
Reduced fees are available for U.S. Armed Services members. Other reduced-fee services may be available on a limited basis, depending on availability and need.
What is your cancellation, late, and no-show policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened out of respect for the appointments that follow. If your therapist is running behind, your full session time will still be honored.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most people are seen weekly, but your specific session frequency will be determined with your therapist. Please contact us if you have questions about your care plan.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give clients information about their rights and expected costs when services are provided out of network, when a client is uninsured, or when a client chooses not to use insurance. We’re happy to answer general questions or guide you to the right place so you can better understand what to expect.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Aetna, Cigna, TriCare, TriWest Health Care Alliance, MHN, Humana Military, and Veteran’s Choice. If we are not in network with your plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits. We submit claims on your behalf and help you understand what to expect regarding coverage.
What should I ask my insurance provider before starting therapy?
It can help to ask about your mental health benefits, including your copay, deductible, coinsurance, out-of-network reimbursement, and whether prior authorization is required. Insurance language can feel confusing, so our team can help answer general questions as you sort through the details.
